Several terraces allow you to dine outdoors to enjoy the different viewpoints.
The natural park with its lush vegetation, its beaches ranked among the most beautiful in Europe, and the numerous activities nearby - water sports, hiking, tennis, padel, equestrian centre etc - not to mention gastronomy, make it an exceptional place.
The orchard of the property also offers a wide variety of seasonal fruits, oranges, lemons, almonds, figs, apricots, pears, quinces, pomegranates…

"La casanière" will offer you a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Located in the heart of the village you will have access on foot to local restaurants.
You will be able to visit the large wine cellars.
Drink freshly pressed orange juices in the small cafés, taste local specialities.
You will have easy access to the most beautiful wild beaches, located between 15 and 20 minutes by car.

The accommodation
Spacious, its 2 large living areas, lounge and dining room are spaces of 40m2 each.
The villa is ideal for groups seeking comfort and tranquillity.
The thickness of the walls gives it natural coolness.
However, the house does not have an air conditioning system.
An independent studio with shower room and WC with a 140cm foldable bed is also available on the ground floor (ideal for people wishing to have independence)
The upper floor comprises 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom 4 = 140 cm double bed
Bedroom 5 = 2 beds 90 cm
4 bathrooms, as well as a relaxation area with a large number of comic books (in French) and a genuine stove for your winter evenings.

At 40 minutes from Lisbon, 15 minutes from Setúbal and Sesimbra you will have the leisure to visit the capital but also to discover the Arrábida park (nature reserve and preserved) with numerous hiking trails.
From the very lovely centre of Setúbal, its many grilled fish restaurants at local prices, to the daily market open until 14:00 until the castle of Sesimbra and its superb beach, ideal for families as the waters are calm.
You will also have the possibility to visit Cabo da Espichel with its breathtaking views and its breathtaking sunsets.
The human-sized garden, with its outdoor spaces and swimming pool, will be the ideal place for your gatherings with friends or family.
